Required Documents

From Domestic Worker:
  • Clear passport copy
  • Studio photo (white background)
From Client (Sponsor):
  • Passport copy
  • Emirates ID
  • Current UAE address
  • Two mobile numbers

⚠️ Important: Process will pause if any document is unclear or expired until replacements are submitted.

Change of Status & Penalty Clearance

We apply for change of status to activate residency for the worker.

Penalty Clearance:
  • • Client responsible for any overstay fines or penalties
  • • Official system-generated report provided detailing fines
  • • Payment required before proceeding

Contract & Salary Setup

Contracts:
  • • Worker signs offer letter & labor contract
  • • Client signs direct debit agreement
  • • Or submits 24 post-dated cheques
Minimum Salaries:
  • Filipino: AED 1,600/month minimum
  • Other nationalities: AED 1,300/month (via WPS)
  • Additional salary payable directly in cash

Important Policies

Annual Leave Policy

Domestic workers are legally entitled to 30 days paid annual leave.

Client Options:
  1. Approve and sign leave request
  2. Postpone until contract end (22 days/year must be paid as end-of-service benefit)

Calculation: Basic Salary ÷ 30 × 22 = Annual leave payment

End-of-Service Benefits

Mountain Gate L.L.C. handles end-of-service and return flight responsibilities.

Client Options:
  1. Worker signs confirmation of receiving all dues
  2. Issue AED 5,000 security cheque for gratuity and return ticket

Return ticket only required if worker permanently exits UAE

Cancellation Policy

Case 1: Worker Provided by Client

If client sourced the worker externally and only requested visa issuance through us:

  • Cancellation fee: AED 120-140
  • Notice required before next salary cycle
  • Worker does not return to Mountain Gate L.L.C.

Case 2: Worker Recruited by Mountain Gate L.L.C.

If worker was selected through us and is under our full management:

  • No cancellation fee
  • Worker must be returned to Mountain Gate L.L.C.
  • We decide if visa will be cancelled, reassigned, or renewed
  • WPS salary cycle and monthly service fee (AED 160) stop upon return
