في حال وجود غرامة على التأشيرة السياحية أو الإلغاء على ملف العاملة من تاريخ استلامها حتى انتهاء فترة التجربة، يتحملها المركز. من بعد فترة التجربة يتحملها العميل.
If there is a fine on the tourist visa or cancellation of the maid's file from the date of receipt until the end of the trial period, it will be borne by the center. After the trial period, the client bears it.

توفير الطعام والشراب.
السماح للعاملة بالنوم يوميًا فترة لا تقل عن 8 ساعات راحة فترة الليل.
معاملة العاملة معاملة حسنة والمحافظة على سلامتها الجسدية والنفسية.
في حال حدوث أي مشكلة للعاملة خلال فترة التجربة يجب على العميل التواصل مع المركز وإخباره بكل شيء.
في حال عدم رغبة العاملة في العمل، يتوجب على العميل إرجاع العاملة إلى المركز دون الضغط عليها أو الإساءة لها.
يجب تسليم العاملة داخل المركز بالأوراق والمستندات الخاصة بها وأغراضها الشخصية.
أول 5 أيام من تاريخ العقد: 100 درهم عن كل يوم، بعد الـ
5 أيام يُحتسب 200 درهم عن كل يوم في حال عدم إنهاء إجراءات تعديل الوضع.
يجب إصدار طباعة التأشيرة من المكتب، وفي حال لم يلتزم وقام بطباعتها خارجيًا يُفقد الضمان (سنتين).
في حال طلب استرجاع المبلغ يجب إحضار الإيصال (الفاتورة الأصلية) الصادرة من المركز.
في حال عدم التزام المتعامل بنقل ملف العاملة خلال المدة المتفق عليها، فإن صاحب العمل ملزم بدفع الغرامات الناتجة عن انتهاء التأشيرة السياحية أو بعد إلغاء كفالته خلال بقاء العاملة لديه.
Provide food and drink.
Allow the maid to sleep daily for no less than 8 hours of night rest.
Treat the maid well and maintain her physical and psychological safety.
If any problem occurs to the maid during the trial period, the client must contact the center and inform them of everything.
If the maid refuses to work, the client must return the maid to the center without pressuring or abusing her.
The maid must be delivered inside the center with her papers and personal belongings.
First 5 days from the contract date: 100 AED per day, after 5 days: 200 AED per day if status modification procedures are not completed.
The visa must be printed from the office, and if not complied and printed externally, the guarantee (2 years) will be lost.
To request a refund, the original receipt issued by the center must be provided.
If the client does not transfer the maid's file within the agreed period, the employer is obligated to pay fines resulting from the tourist visa expiry or cancellation of sponsorship during the maid's stay.

-Working days are from Monday to Saturday, and center hours are from 8 AM to 7 PM. Please arrive before closing time to complete procedures ﴿whether returning the maid, paying the amount, receiving the maid, or printing transactions﴾.
